I know that if you're anything like me, once you’ve placed your order you’re excited!
You want to get your hands on it and see everything in the flesh as quickly as possible right? Trust me - I'm exactly the same and can’t wait to get them to you.
I wish I could deliver them all in person so that I could ensure their safe, on time arrival and be there to hear you exclaim ‘Ooohh fabulous!’ as you open the parcel and fall in love with the contents.
However that’s just not practical. I’d never have time to go out and source gorgeous new products for you!
Instead I need to rely on a variety of deliverers, from Royal Mail to couriers, to get them to you and trust that they’ll do as good a job as I would have, had I hand delivered them myself.
I’ve tried to keep delivery costs down and options simple, however I understand that occasionally you need lightening fast delivery - you urgently need super cool BBQ tableware for the blazing hot weekend that’s forecast or you desperately need a quirky hostess gift for that dinner party tomorrow night - please call on 07412 226867 and I can provide a quote for a more express service such as guaranteed next day delivery.
Special note - December deliveries can often be slower than normal and we're all at the mercy of the delivery companies. As we progress through the month, I'll be assessing delivery times and will do all possible to let you know if I feel there's a risk that your order won't reach you in time for the big day. To give it the best possible chance - order early :)

I hope you’re going to love the contents of your parcel however I do understand that there can be many reasons why it’s not quite right for you and you’d prefer to return it.
Please drop me an email within 14 days of receipt of your order, letting me know that you’re returning the item. This will alert me to look out for it and while I know that you don’t have to tell me why you’re returning it, if you could let me know, I’d sure appreciate the feedback!
You then have a further 14 days to post the item back to me and I’ll process your refund (including the original standard delivery cost) as quickly as possible on receipt of the returned goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the return postage costs.
